Find Peace In Meditation - There are many wonderful benefits one may experience using meditation. I will only list a few. Meditation has been shown to boost our immune system, reduce anxiety, and decrease pain. Meditation could boost your levels of happiness, giving you the ability to be resilient during stressful times. Doesn’t that all sound nice!?

How to Meditate:
Find a quiet space inside or outside to sit comfortably. We understand this may be difficult to do right now. (High five to all the parents at home with their kiddo(s)!) But really..., anywhere will work.
If you are new to meditation, it may help to play some relaxing tunes in the background, preferably wearing headphones as it allows us to hear the different tones, through different ears, easier. Some favorites to listen to are: nature music, binaural beats, mantras, instrumental music or guided meditation.
Allow your breath to start flowing with the sounds, forever changing, releasing old thoughts that don't serve you well, focus on each breath, breathing in only the positive and exhaling the negative.
Take this time to connect with your whole self and have those deeper conversations with your body, mind and spirit.
REMEMBER: It doesn’t matter how long you can stay sitting. Even 10 minutes of meditation can be helpful.
