Use Stones or Crystals to increase the energy of your chakras! Here are excellent options to look for:  Red Jasper, Carnelian, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Sodalite, Amethyst, Crystal Quartz.


Go yo your local grocery store and pick out an essential oil blend that is uplifting or calming to your mind when you smell it.  Using a vaporizer or 15ml spray bottle.  Fill with water and add 2-4 drops of oil blend. 
If using spray - shake well before each use.
